My name is Matthias Kempen, I'm engineer for ship and environmental technologies registered at the chamber of engineers Niedersachsen, Germany. I'm working for a ship classification society in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, where I perform as 'independent third party'.

The intention is to give 'big' and 'small' maritime players the inspiration and an equal chance to pick up this strategy and participate in our common fight as 'maritime contribution' to tackle climate change.
